How We Work

A Fast Property Sale is not an estate agency. We buy your property ourselves and you deal directly with us.

Here is briefly how we work at A Fast Property Sale to help achieve a solution quickly:

1. You contact us using our Enquiry Form.
2. We will then discuss on the phone with you what your property needs are and your property details. We will explain the services we offer which are:
   • Sell your house to us and walk away
   • Sell your house to us and rent it back
   • Sell your house to us and buy it back later with a fixed price option
3. We then arrange to meet with you soon afterwards to view the property and present you with an offer. The offer we make is without cost or obligation - we do not charge for surveys or ask for any handling fees!
4. Once you have decided to sell to us, we will handle all the paperwork. The sale usually takes about 3 - 4 weeks (or shorter if necessary) to complete. If you are renting back the property from us after the sale, you simply carry on staying in the property!
